Larry Smith, PhD, president of Behavioral Sales Solutions, LLC, has over 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry in a variety of positions, including business team leader, institutional sales, and account management.
Prior to pharmaceuticals, Dr. Smith served in the U.S. Army Reserves as a Russian interrogator. As an interrogator, he began a life-long quest to adapt cognitive-behavioral research into everyday sales and relationship applications.
Applying behavioral sales solutions, Dr. Smith became an award-winning pharmaceutical representative. He combines his experience as a practitioner with his academic knowledge to provide simple, real-world solutions to problems businesses encounter daily.
Dr. Smith founded Behavioral Sales Solutions, LLC in 2009 to provide a bridge between academic theory and business needs. Recognizing that behavior is the key to success in relationships, he teaches the “how” and “why” of interpersonal communication.
